Shipping
In stock merchandise will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Non-stocked items will be shipped within 5 to 14 days. Rush orders will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer in most cases, providing they meet the manufacturer's minimum $ amount for shipping. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing order and another after order has shipped or you can obtain tracking information on your order by logging into your account and checking the order status (this will only be displayed after order has shipped).
Our standard shipping methods are USPS standard and Priority and UPS in the Continential US. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day Select are available at checkout and are only available on in stock items only (we will notify you of status). Items ordered after our business hours will be shipped on the next business day, if in stock. FedEx is available by request. If shipping to a PO box, your order will automatically be shipped by Priority Mail. UPS, FedEx and USPS are subject to a shipping and handling charge. NOTE! The new USPS Priority mail listings now show how many days a shipment will take to get to your location (the info comes from USPS in real time not us) if the order is shipped that day. Once we ship it takes the amount of time projected by USPS. The new USPS standards went into effect on July 24, 2013 and our system takes the info directly from their system.
To calculate your actual shipping & handling charge, place items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You may also e-mail us and we can estimate your shipping for you before placing your order. For International Shipment, we will e-mail you the true $ cost once your order has been placed. We require any order Purchased with a foreign Credit card and shipped to any destination outside the US to be paid by PayPal.
We do not ship C.O.D.
Overseas orders must be paid by PayPal, cashiers check or money order.
Excellent care and attention is given to the packing of our merchandise and once the order is in the hands of the carrier our responsibility ceases. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made with the carrier; we will assist in any way we can in that process.
RETURN INFORMATION
Orders received with obvious external damage must be noted with the delivering carrier.
Orders with internal damage must be noted within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must first obtain a Return Authorization.

Items ordered in error by the customer may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Customer is responsible for the original shipping charge as well as any charge for return to us. Applicable returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% on the product only. Product must be in original packaging, shrinkwrap/box unopened, unused, saleable condition and will be examined upon receipt; this includes any original seals. All are subject to inspection prior to credit/exchange/refund.
